Just a Ture DAoC StoryFollow

Hey all,
Just a quick story about my time on DAoC. I have never played a game that could compair to the saddness of some of these players.
On Merlin/Hibernia there was a siege going on by the albions to our keep with there Str relic, I was told is alliance chat that they did not care who showed up they needed everyone and anyone on, figuring I should try to help ( level 28 blademaster at this time brand new to game with this only character ) I went to the keep, after I helped keep away the albions, they said everyone there is invited to the midgard relic raid, so again helping my realm and coming across no problems as of yet I went to help, now my first mistake was ever, ever going to emain. After the successful raid, we went back to Nged all of a sudden I get about 100 tells asking why a midgard spy is here. I said I am not a spy I was recruited to come help, I found out a Animist had spread a rumor about me being a spy, I will not mention his name because I do not want to do to him what he did to me. So anyways I went inside the keep and logged, Today November 28, 2004 I logged in only to find out the entire realm was talking about me being a spy for the last 40 HOURS. I tried to tell them I was not a spy that I was recruited to help but, they did not listen and continued to spam me with abusing tells. This may sound childish to you guys but getting the cold shoulder from an ENTIRE realm can get to you. So anyways I have decided to resign from the game and head back to EQ just wanted to let you all know how much of a sad life some people can lead to only be able to talk about a level 28 Blademaste for 40 hours in a row. Just me 2 cents about this game and realm not a bad game over all cept for the level 50's that play like 10 year olds

Does anyone know, what the average age of the players is?

Blah... that's $#%@ed, sorry it happened too =/ but don't let that one really crappy experience get you down. it maybe a bish at first but start over on another server, high populated servers are you will run into such stupidity. That's why i moved to nimue from perc, sucks at first having to start over, but once you make some friends or people to overall hang with you can forget the past b.s. =)

What a joke, 3/4 of the people who play DAoC and you guys pin blame for immature behavior on the younger audience. Sorry to disappoint but for a 17 year old that plays the game, I've noticed the adults on here are the least articulate, worst spoken, and least mature people on the game.

Not to mention if the above poster was too stupid to just make a new character, he shouldn't be playing any MMORPG. There's tons of servers, no one can track your characters besides Mythic, and I'm pretty sure no one really cared, unless your server was Hugs N' Kisses Remedial.

That was non-sequitor.... Anyhow, if you have a 50, why did you bring a 28 BM to a keep defense? You should've known he would've been useless.

i was gonna post "one less hiblet to worry about" but.... ***** those people. If you just keep on playing theyll know they was dumb and you werent no spy..... werent you in a guild? didnt you play with other people? or have you soloed it all the way to 28 playin an hour a month with out making any friends?

americans.... in all my years in DAoC EU i have experiensed gossip like this once ^^
and that one turned out to be true, as the same gimp they blamed for being a spy came online flaming me after i killed his infil and his entire group in the elyll village (Old frontier).
