Realm AbilitiesFollow

Just a quick question about Realm Abilities (RA's) :

I'm a Valewalker. When I logged on for the first time (post NF)I saw that I had been given 'Tireless' for free. I noticed that at my trainer the 'Tireless' ability was surrounded by [square] brackets as are a few others - is this a hint of which skills I will get for free when I hit RR2?

I'm only lvl 40 and RR1L5 (so far...watch this space) and cannot decide between the skills I should choose. I have 5 spare points at the moment to spend. As I am ultimately going for 50sc/38Arb/20Parry, and fancy having a good go in the BG's, which of the following would be better as a starting point :

1) Purge (uses all 5 pts)
2) Aug Str 2, Aug Dex 1
3) Ichor 1

Any help appreciated.
