My question is do they round up? If I am say 8th lvl, and have a grand total of say 3% resist slash, if I get hit for 100 pts, I couldn't care less if I resist 3 pts of it, but if I get hit for 10 and resist 1 due to round offs, that would be useful. Reason I am asking is for when I actually have a choice in eq, I am currently a 3rd lvl viking with dreams of being a Thane, so I am wearing what I got. Thanks in advance for any and all help

Ok based on my limited research (ie I now have a lvl 11 thane and enjoying soloing orange shadows) it does round to an extent. I believe that it will round to the nearest integer, ie if you resist .4 or less it rounds down to 0 and .6 or more it rounds to 1, no idea if .5 rounds up or down. Just in case another newbie wanders by, I wanted to post my 2 coppers worth.
