ummm ive looked everywhere, and cant seem to find out how to use these things, ive bought from vendor's and tryed to /use, and hand then back to merchant, nothing seems to work, ne one wanna fill me in please?

Hand one to a consignment merchant next to a house, and you will be teleported to whichever market the token is for.

yeah you just hand them to the player consignment merchents after you buy what you want. no special npcs or anything.
