Lol cannot edit, hit the enter button...
Antway in EQ you can make hot buttons, you can assist your tank as a healer and be able to fight and heal without targeting who you are assisting and continue fighting...
Is there a way to make a assist button and will I be able to stay in combat mode at the same time heal?

I am not an expert on macros but something to the effect of /macro /assist assist all on one line.... I would do a search (here if you can get it to work, else on another forum) for macro help or wait for someone with more info...
You can only heal and stay in combat mode if you have instants. I don't have a healer and so don't know if there are healing instants....
