Joining a GuildFollow

I am a relatively new player, playing on Bors server, and was wondering if there is a good guild that I could join, and what the benefits are of joining. I have a lvl 35 Warrior, a lvl 17 Hunter, and a lvl 15 Runemaster. Can anyone offer help or suggestions?
