Well the forums seem to be populated with Inf/Merc questions and I cannot see any love for us n00bie wizards here :(
Can anyone direct me to a up-to-date wizard site, likewise is there an easy way to teleport in/out of the Innc Crypt from Camelot and not have to wonder all the way there?

not sure really where a good wizard site is. try going to yahoo and searching for daoc vn board then go witht he first or 2nd one that it gives you. it will be a ign link i believe. once your in there their is a link called class guides or something like that. i believe their is somehting in there for wizards. as for porting into inconnu crypt after you have activated the obliesk you should be able to go to the channler in camelot and go back and forth from there unless theyve changed it in the past two months ive been away.

Go to pub122.ezboard.com/bdaocelementalists You can also find some others listed just by going to the wizard class page on this site. At the bottom of the page you will find several links - some work, some don't. Some are guides and some are forums and can be helpful.

2 things. www.camelotvault.com select vn boards and register there, then seek out your thread... the 2nd item is daoc.catacombs.com character builder version 2.0 and forums about wizards are there... you can design your character as you like and look up threads... a third thing to throw in just for sh*ts and giggles is LOKI spellcrafting calculator, Lesser Oracle Knowing Items. There you can design a template for your character, all of these solutions are not specifically for a wizard, but for any class.
