I wonder if you get more chances to create a mp if you equip a better quality crafting sissor. When i shift+right-click on icon it says "bonus to minimum quality of crafted items 2%" That means that your items will be at least 92% of quality and nothing more, or that your items will have +2% to quality? If anyone can help with this i'll appreciate it :)

Based on my experience as an armorcrafter, the min qual of 94% will have a 2% better chance of making a higher quality item. I noticed when I used the armorcraft equivlant, I normally had a qual of at least 95 or better.
