Where in Camelot do I purchase Horse armor from now that I reached CL3.
Or anything else available for purchase for the horse.

Find a crafter above 1k skill (tailor or armorcrafter) to build you some armor for your horse, other than that, you can try talking to quartermasters inside the king's chamber, that's all that comes to mind at 2:09 a.m.
