I have been playing for a few weeks and todate have enjoyed the DAoC experience.

Just one question, how do you get to the Shrouded Isles and TOA.

Many Thanks

The art of using troops is to remember it is not always the big armies that win battles, it is the good ones.

You can port to ToA zones using Channelers. There is a channeler in the city of Camelot, near where a large group of merchants are. The porter in Hib is in the castle area, I forget the name, and same for in Mid. They have a blue circle around them and all have the name channeler so-and-so.

This particular channeler gives you a large choices of where to go to, and you can select oceanus haven to go to ToA. Once in ToA, you can port to the different zones at Djinn Stones. you can also go back to Camelot, go to housing, go to Shrouded Isles, etc from here

To get to SI, you can either use the same channeler I mentioned above in the home city, or there is a teleport area (bright pink) in the starting cities (Mularn, Mag Mell, Cotswold). You simply need to step into this porting field and you will go to the SI location.

This probably is a bit confusing, but in a month or so, you will know your way around very well. it is just a learning experience finding your way through the home cities and learning the horse routes and porters etc and how to get to and from places.

Good luck,

P.S. If you are really having problems, go inside the main city of your realm and type "/b Can someone show me where the location of the porter is to SI or ToA?" This should broadcast a message to everyone and hopefully someone will contact you to show you where they are.
