Is it poss to have an easy way to trans items and money from one of my chars to another on the same server without having to have someone do the transfer for me.

Not really bro...sry. If you have a buffbot, like me, that's the easiest way. Other than that...just speak in you alliance or guild chat. Usually someone will help you pretty fast and meet you somewhere.
Ya...I wish you could drop gear in your vault, then come back and grab it with another toon...but that's not possible. Which not being able to do that doesn't make since. Obviously Mythic should know that ppl are going to use gear they find with one toon for another toon.
Btw my cleric...Clericsrus-M...can always help ya. He's positioned at snow near the general. Just send a message to stevenmeadowsinf-m or stevenscout-m and I'll help ya with any transfers.

If you have a house, you can use it's vaults to transfer items to other toons. Or you can use your Guild's House Vaults.
That works for items but not gold. They need to set up a bank.

For the cash..You buy the most expensive thing on the stor in you house and put it into your vault. Log the other toon and sell the item back to the merchant.
yeah, you can use the house merchant in one of two ways.
The first way, which I use, is to just not withdraw the money from items I sell on my merchant...I usually have 20-100 plat stored on my consignment merchant and I just let any of my toons withdraw it as they need. You do this with the /settle # (where the # is the amount of copper you want to withdraw so 10,000,000 is 1 plat)
The other way is what coldinside said is really the same thing, but he just is saying if you have no money from other people buying things off your CM, then just place a dummy item (can be any useless item you might have) on your CM and have the toon with the extra cash buy it off the CM (lets say you place a level 10 item for 10 plat b/c you want to give one of your toons 10 plat)...they buy it for 10 plat..the money is now on your CM...you log onto your poorer toon and /settle the money out of the CM...takes a few minutes of time, but not hard to do.
