So yeah, I spent about 12 hours downloading this ***** of a game trail thing, gave 'em me credit card details, everythings going smooth, but it won't let me log into any of the realms/servers. It keeps saying 'Renderer Creation Failed' or some ****, and now i'm VERY ******* PISSED. The guys at Mythic won't reply to me or give me the answers I crave - WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?
Any feedback would be appreciated - I am VERY pissed at Mythic right now.

TOO Reinstal direct x 9
1. Download the new driver and save it on your Desktop or somewhere that you can find it
2. Download Driver Cleaner here: http://www.drivercleaner.net/
3. Download DirectX here: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/directx/default.aspx?url=/windows/directx/downloads/default.htm
4. Go to Control Panel and use Add/Remove Programs to remove the current video driver
5. Reboot and CANCEL when the machine wants to install a driver for your video card
6. Run Driver Cleaner (read the directions)
7. Reboot and CANCEL when the machine wants to install a driver for your video card
8. Manually run the install for the new driver you downloaded
9. Reboot and let the machine do it's thing and auto-install the new driver
10. Install DirectX

Before getting angry you should've tried to look for answers. This issue is common and easy to solve (I had it). Almost every game vendor advises to update vid drivers for you GFX card and DX. Mythic does, too. Do as you're advised in the post above.

After being away for a while, i updated to DR.
I kept getting the Render creation failed message.
I had to log into the game w/out choosing a toon the 1st time.
So try the "No Thank You" option.
Kind of a late reply but maybe someone else will read it.
