it has been changed.
It is now simply /gc remove Name-Server
It does not matter if they are online or not anymore.

I don't see where the OP says that, but regardless I think he/she would just have to do it one toon at a time. that is the only way I know of, and it is a relatively new command. I don't think they added a /gc remove account <name-server> option, and the old autoremove commands no longer work.
