Housing & Guilds 2.0 (please send feedback to Mythic)Follow

Here it is folks, based on much feedback from players via message boards, emails, private messages and chats in ventrilo I present to you the Housing & Guilds Report 2.0. It is not an all inclusive list of every item, but real close. I figure folks will add anyway if they feel something was left off that they feel strongly about so please don't take it personal if I did leave an item off you may have suggested.

The following list is comprised of items that I feel Mythic can address if they get enough player feedback and won't require a complete redesign or the creation of a new concept altogether. I'm also realistic, I don't expect Mythic to stop everything and concentrate on completing every item on this list, but if in each patch they knocked off a few of these I believe the entire DAOC community would benefit.

Please send feedback to Mythic regarding Housing & Guilds and as always please feel free to add/remove items as you see fit. If you visit a forum that I don't, please feel free to copy this anywhere mass amounts of DAOC players visit so Housing & Guilds can get some love.

Market Explorer
-Request a "Reset" button on the Market Explorer to reset all search parameters.
-Request the ability to select gear type (cloth, leather, scale, etc.) when doing a search.
-Request the ability to select "Dropped" items vs. "Crafted" items.
-Request the ability to select class specific items.
-Request the ability to select and search all servers on a cluster from one Market Explorer.
-Request more searchable options. (Scrolls, Charges, Remains, etc.)

Housing
-Request the ability to have house NPC's & CM wear Guild emblemized cloaks.
-Request the ability and UI for adding or removing money from a CM.
-Increase the number of NPC hookpoints "relative to cost"*.
-Increase the vault space "relative to cost"*.
-Increase Consignment space "relative to cost"*.
-Request the ability to interact with your CM from inside the house.
-Request an increase in the number of available decoration slots "relative to cost"*.
-Request the ability to display some of the larger trophies outdoors.
-Request a graphical identifier for any home with both an open door and a teleporter.
-Request a "house release deed", useable only by the house owner so a house may be given up.
-Request the ability to list a home for sale on the ME utilizing the house deed.
-Request the ability to click on a trophy in a house and see delve information on it.
-Request the ability to move a house to a new lot with an associated cost.
-Request additional "Personal" vault spaces.
-Request "Personal House" recall stones work for all characters on account -OR- change the "Personal House" recall stone to a "Hearth Bind" teleport stone.
-Add the ability for paying rent with Bounty Points for any character, not just house owner.
-Request a better in game mechanism for locating lots that are for sale.
-Request the ability to be able to transfer a house from one character on an account to another on the same account, with no penalties, in the event that original house owner character is going to be deleted or account split.
-Request the Marketplace Token NPC be replaced with a porter NPC which has all the Marketplace options in addition to already available porting options.

*"relative to cost" Currently it is less expensive and there is much higher utility to own multiple cottages vs. house/villa or mansion. The cost vs. benefit needs to be adjusted up for owners of houses, villas and mansions such that there is a benefit to owning a tier 2, 3 or 4 rather than multiple tier 1's.

Guild / Alliance
-Request the 21 guild limit per alliance be increased or removed.
-Request an Alliance dues system.
-Request an additional "Interior" CM that may be flagged as Guild/Alliance only may purchase from.
-Request a graphical interface for setting guild/alliance ranks and permissions.
-Request the ability for Alliance leader to control alliance speak permissions on a guild by guild basis.
-Request an in game calendar for Guilds and Alliances.
-Request the color of a GM's chat be included in the list of others that may be changed.

Camelot Herald
-Add a Housing & Guilds option for the Subject line on the Feedback form.
