DAoC english serversFollow

I noticed there are like 30-40 people online on the classic servers and even less at the normal servers... (the english servers)
But then when I go to the german site I see servers with 600 players, have all the english people moved on to those server because there were more people on them in the beginning?
Or is the website showing the wrong amount of people online on the english servers? (that's what I hope):)

Lets say I really want to play DAoC and log onto a german server, is it possible for me to switch language in game to english so I can atleast understand the menu etc?
