I was in Inishiall Island yesterday....been a long time since I was there...and I have friendly faction with all the orcs and the chief and I also have it with Lammia....dont know how this happened.
Any clue anyone?

Chieftain Toca belongs to the Kulaclan faction & the Lammia belong to Cryptos Mythicos. Your standing with both of those factions can be improved by killing Guagarans. Or, you may have just killed enough other mobs to improve both factions independently. /shrug
