Can't seem to move?Follow

Just recently re-activated my account and transfered my characters over to Ywain-8. When I log on everything looks fine, but when I go to move the character glitches back and forth. Not really moving in the direction I want to go, hardly going anywhere at all actually. Does anyone know why this is happening? Going forwards and backwards is okay, but turning it makes the entire screen "glitch/shake" by the looks of things.

Any comments related to helping me fix this would be greatly appreciated.
