Not many people post here for DAoC. IGN boards (old VN boards) is the place to post. VN boards are merging into IGN boards on Monday, or I would give a link to the VN boards for you.

I don't play mid anymore, so I can't help you. If you just log on and go into Jordheim, you will get an offer from someone. Most capital cities, people spam in region "looking for members" to guilds.
