Thaumaturge Class Quest helpFollow

#1 Jun 22 2013 at 12:09 PM Rating: Decent
I was doing the quest line for the class quest and I thought that I was done and I tried to lvl another class and it says I have to at least complete my lvl 10 class quest. I have no idea where the quest is or what it is called. The last quest I did I believe that I turned it in at the guild but did not receive another quest. any advice?

Thanks

When you hit level 10 another one opened up with your guild master (and another will at 15)

That should get it straightened.

Map option is to show or not show quests on map. I mistakenly had one of my quests unchecked (its a yellow square light next to the name of the quest when you open up your map.

You might want to check that.

I did that quest earlier. Good luck!

It's not too far from the entrance of the eastern part. Its a big metal cart/cage thing. Past the spikey mole things.

Apparently the trick is that you're supposed to sleep those guys and then sneak in to get your thing.

Problem is I don't know where the thing is!

Yep, that's exactly what you do.

Just sleep and keep moving. I used sprint after the 3rd and 4th ones and sprinted for the jar. Once you get past the two linked ones (the 3rd and 4th ones), you can see the jar on the ground easily. You have to examine the jar without taking damage, and then it'll let you proceed. Hence the need to sleep in a hurry.

I beat the crap outta the two bandit NPC.

Sleep -> thunder fire fire fire cure cure fire fire blizzard blizzard cure cure -> sleep (the other guy, remember you can stack sleep up to 3 times before the NPC become immune to it for 180 seconds, so total 52.5 seconds of Sleep possible) -> repeat the cure/fire/blizzard cycle.

Now that you mention you can sleep and run past them, oops.

If you're on PC hit J to access your journal, select the quest and hit map, it should show you where to go.

The quest pretty much assumes you used Sleep to pass them because of the 4 consecutive adds later on. Or did you not get them when you killed them off?

Nope, 2 single guy and then 2 guy teaming and that's it. I didn't see any more adds.

Hmm, I may have been misremembering 4 total mobs as 4 adds then.
