Is phase 3 over.. There is a huge thread stating it might be?

What is phase 4? is that the early entry?
Any idea if phase 4 it is up for the entire time or just partial like this phase?

It is almost definitely not over. The next weekend of phase 3 is supposed to stress test the duty finder system, so I can't imagine they'd just forego that at this point. I'm pretty sure we'll have at least 1 more weekend, and more than likely a second weekend with possible extended playing time (more than just fri-sun morning).

Fingers crossed for extended playing time, hard for me to get a free weekend to play.

I hope we do get more time to play. Because attempting to go back playing Final Fantasy 11 is boring.

I believe they had 4 tests, they were still determining if they were going to keep the servers up between tests 3 and 4, but to my knowledge nothing was provided on that yet (I haven't logged into the official forums today to see if they updated the dates yet).

After each phase of the beta, there is a week of rest while they prep the system for the next phase. So, barring any changes, Phase 4 should start ~19th of July. But that is based off their current process, not any information that was provided. It however, does work out well for their timeline. With phase 4 lasting 4 weeks, it would run until August 9th-12th. They would then take the servers down for a short break, then bring them back up on the 20th and run the pre-launch for a week before the release.

There was not a schedule up yet.

-----------------------------------
Also on the roadmap it says phase 4 :
Quote:
Characters created during this phase will be carried over to the official release

That is why I thought phase 4 might be the early release (pre release)..

Does that mean you keep your levels and everything from phase 4? Anyone know what that means?

It also said this for phase 4:
Quote:
Those wishing to play on PlayStation
®
3 must purchase a copy of the game for that
system

Making me think it was early release (pre release)?

Agreed. Weekends are my time to do fun outdoors stuff, so I'd love to have some weekday testing.
