So I just went to GameStop and future shop to prorder and neither one had it yet but future shop has It available online but buddy told me it may arrive a few days after release. My question is. Will early access let me play till game arrives?

Early access is it's own window of playing time that begins some time after beta phase 4 and ends a week or so before official release.

Yes, Gamestop should have given you an early access code. Check their website help section for further info on early access code and how to get or use one.

He is asking will the early access let him play 2 or 3 days POST-release because he wont get his game until then. This is a question no one can answer but SE. I think they should address that, perhaps I can ask in the Beta Forums. You may have to contact SE Support, they might give you an answer. It is a valid reason to let you keep playing but I could see them making everyone enter there game on release day.

An easy fix for that and you would give a 72hour grace period after release before they require you to enter that code form the game. To be honest, they are smart people... now, so I would think that might be the case already. I will ask in the Beta forum and you should try SE Support. I don't think that information has been directly addressed. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I preordered from Amazon and got my early access code waiting for me to enter it. With Amazon it comes the day the game is released.

From the people in the Bea Forum that did answer the question, they all agree that there HAS to be a grace period. There is no way to guarantee, 100% of the pre-orders will get a copy at release. So having a grace period is the best way to cover it. I agree with two posters that it will probably give you seven days before they make you install the game and enter a code.
