Multiple Beta code question

I have been in Beta since phase 2 but my fiance received a code today to join in also.

My question is can I add her code to my SE account (we both played FFXI with accounts both linked to my SE account) or will I have to create her own SE account for FFXIV?

She will need her own account for XIV.
