After you apply to certain server and found out that you don't like it due to latency, are we able to change the server again?
I wonder if SE prepared server change service....
I wish SE prepare it for us even if it cost money.

I'm sure that they will have the service, and odds are it will cost money to do so. Would imagine depending how long the game is live for and it they lift the restriction but can see them doing the same thing they are now, v1 characters are only allowed to transfer to a legacy server.

A way to test this out is you still have a few days before its closed (application ends the 15th), create a character on the server you are looking at and see if its acceptable. If so take advantage of this free transfer before it costs money to do so.

If you are talking about making a new Character... You are not restricted to just one server, if you have a latency issue with that server, delete that character and try again on another server. You can have up to 8 characters on one server with a max of 40 for the game so there are plenty of chances to find the right server for you.

Ah, I forgot to mention this.
I'm a legacy member player. Therefore, it will be troublesome if there is no world transfer service after official launch.

BTW, any NA or Canada player have tried JP server? How bad is it to play on server with 200+ms latency? Were you fine during Ifrit fight or other raid battle?
