I didn't use it personally, but here's a neat name generator for each race if you need ideas. http://fandango.exp.jp/name-generator.php (scratch that... the Lalafell ones sound really stupid. lol)

Yeah everyone does pretty much call me State at this point. When I made the character I actually started as an Alchemist and couldn't think of a name for the life of me. I was watching FMA at the same time and just went with State Alchemist.

As far as looks I thought the lighter hair was cool. You could still use the new appearance and have your hair / eyes a similar striking color.

That is kinda the conundrum I am in now. Everyone already knows me a State and even though I am inclined to change my name, I think it would cause a lot of confusion on Excalibur(Legacy).
