I went back to Vanguard because of the outstanding crafting.Contrasting it's crafting with most games out there really makes you aware of how shallow/dumbed down many of the games are today.

Ah yeah, I forgot about the crafting in Vanguard... yes it was very involved and interesting...

FFXIV:ARR actually has very good crafting too... maybe not quite the detail of Vanguard, but way more interesting then most.... certainly an improvement over FFXI.

Anything is an improvement over FFXI crafting imo. Synthing 60 holy waters to get 1 single level of Alchemy skillups? No thanks.

Not to mention the millions of gil thrown away just to get a few levels. Leveling smithing was beyond painful to my character's wallet. It's never a good sign when you're praying for your synths to break.

Not to mention also how boring it was. At least you are more involved with the FFXIV:ARR crafting. I was bored to tears levelling woodworking to 100+6 in FFXI, but I did it anyways.

NCAA football 14, with a little FF9 or FF8 in between. For some reason, I've been wanting to get back into one of the latter two.

I wanted to get back into some FFXII, only to find it won't run on my dang PS3 Smiley: mad

I restarted FFT this weekend. I love lancer's jump skill in that game. It's pretty much jumping and casting the whole game for me.

I happened across DOTA 2 after phase 3 ended, and I have been playing the crap out of that. It is my first time playing a MOBA and I am enjoying it a lot. It seemed noob unfriendly, but like anything else the more you play the better you get.

I've been playing Real Racing 3 on the iPhone... I know it's not FF related or even RPG... but it's free to download and play and it's such a great game...

Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ea.games.r3_row&hl=en

Apple: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/real-racing-3/id556164008?mt=8

Or you can search your phone store for Real Racing 3, if you want to add me as a friend in the game send me a PM so we can connect on FB or Apple Game Center.

I've resorted to re-playing Borderlands 2, to get the last character available to me (Gaige) to 50. I don't intend to buy any DLC until they group it together for a lower price much later on, so it'll have to hold my interest for another month or so.

Maybe I should give Star Ocean: The Lost Hope International a chance again, as well. Rented it and gave up on some boss fight, then bought the game on a whim and beat him rather easily, but haven't touched it since...

I picked up Arkham City off Steam for $7.50. I've mostly been playing that now.

I finally picked up Ni No Kuni and it's been a good time killer. Nice throw back to old school rpg feel.

Just bought Fifa Soccer 12 and Tiger Woods 12 for 9 bucks each, so that will keep me occupied for a while.
