Areas Beyond Thanalan, Shroud, and La Noscea?Follow

I was just wondering if the other 2-3 zones were available during Phase 3? I scoured each map and found no direct entrances to these areas. I was looking forward to exploring them. Will they be available in P4/release?

Knowing FF, I would not be surprised.

I'm assuming Coerthas and Mor Dohna will be in retail as well? or did they scrap them/withold them for a future update/expansion?

The reason you couldn't find any entrances to the other zones, such as Coerthas or Mor Dhona, was because they put in placeholder blockings, such as rocks or boulders or cordoned off paths or what have you. They did the same thing back before Phase 3 when it came to going anywhere that wasn't Gridania or The Black Shroud, really; a bunch of rocks on the path to Thanalan so you couldn't go there, and so you weren't simply met with an invisible wall on an otherwise open path.

Dollars to donuts they'll be available when the game releases (I'm not about to make guesses about Open Beta, but who knows?). They're not going to make those quest-only zones. I'll eat a bowler hat if they do.

I'm confident they will have them available in open beta. Progress will be saved during open beta so I really doubt they will withhold any content that we might be able to complete before launch. This is especially true because of the players on the legacy servers. If they limit the content available, what will we have to do if we don't have the top tier stuff to try out. I don't want to spend my first few days in the real game grinding my arcanist quite yet.
