More on topic, I have to say that I was lucky enough to only notice this ever now and then, and it was pretty clear when it happened.
If I moved right as I saw the bar start to fill up, I would be fine. If I didn't move until after the 1/3 mark, I would most likely be hit. Good to see they're dealing with it.
