I went to look at my account to make double check everything was all there . When I entered my beta code and such along time ago it listed all my items Onion Helm early access ( 1.0) and all that jazz, but now I cant seem to see any of that stuff. The only option I see is to cancel services and well I dont wanna do that lol. Is this how it is right now for everyone?

It has been like this for ages for me. I actually went here and entered XIV http://eu.square-enix.com/en/ don't know if that helps but you can check it out as well.

I think Wint is right, they must be cleaning things up. I had other games registered, but now, only my FFXIV ARR shows.
