Eh, Wint is going to announce that the ZAM forums are going to merge with the Lodestone forums in an effort to lift that community up out of the dredges that it is currently in. Smiley: grin
Either that or he is going to be a GM in game and lord over us with his mighty Lala powers.Smiley: laugh

Wint has his hands full trying to regulate people here where all we can do is take turns saying mean things to each other. I think if he had to handle a crowd of people all saying mean things to each all at once his head would explode.

keeping secrets sucks, I always end up just giving my wife her presents the day I buy them.

I'm a software quality assurance analyst. You say "new release" and I immediately start thinking "how can I break it?"

I'm a developer. It's my job to make sure I put enough bugs in on purpose for you to find; even creative ones :)

Like Final Fantasy XI, the game specs will be extremely high for the time, but in about 5 years, an average machine can run it on max settings with little to no issues. Tanaka also expressed interest in making a benchmark program available.

This is actually a fact, I heard the guys who created the XIVDB website on the most recent podcast from Sequence Break XIV...

I don't recommend that particular episode, it was overall a bit more boring then their previous ones...

But they announced this was a fact.

Also XIVPads is also now part of Zam as they are kind of a package deal.
