very dumb EB game staff, what can I do?

When preordered mine from eb I had to ask for the code as it wasn't on my receipt so she pulled out why looked like a list of codes and copied one down for me and then put my name next to it on her list and crossed it out there. So if they didn't give it to you I'd either call them or go back with your receipt!

Interesting information, whilst I know that this applies to PC are you 100% confident it also applies to PS3.

And?? Youll still need a code.... why else would u register?.... u need a code to access the client in the ps store. Why is that so hard for people to get. It should be emailed late on the 14th or during the day on the 15 for us that will have access on the 16th. Open just means everyone who signs up.... gets in

I play on PC and PS3 and can confirm you absolutely certainly 100% do need a new code for Beta Phase 4 on the PS3. I know -because I got my new code a couple of hours ago from SE.

Unless you want the physical items in the Collector's Edition, downloading the game through PSN is the way to go. The standard edition costs the same and my game is already downloaded and ready for the 24th.
