For some reason i have two preorder codes

I have 2 emails, one called "final fantasy early access code" and "Early Access and preorder bonus code" both with different keys. The contents are both the same however (besides the keys).

Can anyone explain whats going on? Does the second email "Early Access and preorder bonus code" mean the CE items?

Im very confused.

Are you sure one wasn't the preorder code and one wasn't the phase 4 email?
