To preface my questions, I was not in any of the previous betas.
1) I preordered, added the 18 digit code to my profile, but now it's gone and I'm getting "invalid code" when I try to re-enter it. Anyone else having this problem? How do I correct this?
2) I can't get past the launcher to download the game until I enter the 20 digit code, which I haven't gotten. When can I expect it? Will I need the code to play open beta?
I appreciate any assistance I can get, and thank you.

You will need to register for the Phase 4 Open Beta when registration re-opens on the 17th.

The code you have is for early access (not Phase 4 beta) and the SE servers are not accepting them at the moment. You will be able to use your code to get Early Access on the 23rd.

So the 20 digit code for PC Beta4 access is equivalent to the 12 digit code for PS3 Beta4 access? And the 18digit code is for early access only (so I won't need that code if I am already in Beta4?) Confuuusing
