I cannot find any link when searching for PC Client. I was not in any beta phase, but I do have an old account that was registered on May 30th, 2012. Why can't I use that account to download the client? It shows that I own no games in the account, but then I go to another account and it says I do have a FFXIV game attached. It also keeps adding me as UK instead of US and it is just confusing me. Any help would be great.

You can't use anythin previous to P3. You have to download a new version of the client which can be found here.

Once installed open this and it will ask for login details and if you are in P4 it will start downloading the full client which is around 7gig.
