"Start" not accessible?

Anyone else's "Start" button not able to be clicked on? I can click on "Configuration" and "Exit"

I was able to get in. I'm stuck at the character creation where it asks me to choose a server. I can only choose Japanese servers...NA/Europe servers are not online....

check the 3 other threads, they are limiting logins at one time

yep I found this http://www.gamespot.com/final-fantasy-xiv-online-a-realm-reborn/forum/error-2002-66466205/ but the beta forums are not even loading either
