So I can't manage to play the phase 4 because I'm busy at the moment :s,but when the game comes out (I'm going to buy it) do I uninstall the phase3 beta tester or can I manage to play the game with that setup? or do I have to install it all again?

You need to uninstall the phase 3 client and download the new one. Whether you play in phase 4 or not, the phase 4 client is the one you'll need to play the game.
