I was suddenly booted from the server a few min ago and when I try to get back online it says that it can connect with the NA/EU servers but the server status page says that they are up.
I got booted just now as I entered an instance, and the NA/EU server lists are unable to be accessed :(
Can't sleep, clown will eat me.
Ok so it isn't just me.
Edit: looks like they are back for now though now there is a wait to get back in.

I got that too. I'm in behemoth. I was fighting a boss when it kicked me. :(
I just got the 3102 error then said I couldn't connect to lobby.

How long did you have to wait after posting in the forums for the 3102 error?
I had to restart the client to get it to connect to the server and character list. It wouldn't otherwise.
I was 56 in line, but it only took a minute to get in.

Happened in Midgardsomr as well. Told me server was full. A mass stress across all servers maybe?
You are so lucky, there are thousands of people with error 3102 that have been locked out for 20 hours or more with that code.
Looks like they have to go from server to server and fix each one. Moogle, Ridill, Adamantoiss, Hades I guess are all fixed.
Does that mean Ultros is last?

Nothing fixed yet for most of these people unfortunately there are about 214 pages of people unable to logout or login to NA/EU servers they are just stuck. Hope they clear this up soon, it couldn't have happened at a worse time for Sqeenix.
I was able to play on Hades JP server, not the perfect solution but it will have to do, so not a total loss.

Better it's happening during a StressTest than release day.
Yep, this is true as inconvenient to us as it is, I feel Sqeenix dodged a bullet, I just don't understand how this didn't affect the JP servers though. I'm so depressed I wasted 4 vacation days on this though....wanted to level with the ZAM linkshell.

Easy. The JP data center has nearly as many server shards as the data center for THE REST OF HUMANITY

They definitely got shot... It might not kill them but I bet they will have a scar.
