Basically, the event will involve the NPC introduced in the "final patch" series of the Rhapsodies of Vana'diel, Iroha.
Completing the event will reward the players with her outfit (no, not the weapon, it's stated only the outfit).

Might as well I guess... it's a cool outfit.

Wouldn't mind some glamour weapons that look like that though... that'd be ok.
