The weekend is upon us. What do you hope to accomplish? Please post, if I get less than four responses this go I'm just gonna stop. Smiley: frown

My Goals:

1. Finally for the love of Eorzea, MCN to 60! Now, aside of unlocking the job skills from 56-60, I have nothing else to do with the job ever again. So I should make a goal to get those quests over with.

2. Next week, the void ark item will probably go to healer or monk / nin.... jobs I don't play but for completion purposes will have to get to 60. It's that sad, really.

3. Next week the farthing goes to dragoon gloves (including buying the gloves with eso). Then its onto jewelry.

4. Hopefully I can get some more crystals for dragoon relic doing fates while leveling up my jobs. Have five total. My luck is not very good.

5. I should consider running bard through the dungeons for the ilvl 200 bow. Just because I like the glowy ribbon effect on my warrior axe...

6. Keep progress on that next stage of the relic. 20/80 items. Getting there slooooowly.

Waenlona aims for BLM 60, having already done SCH and WHM. After that, a ton of MSQ catch-up.

Verdha is levelling WHM and SCH, and collecting Esoterics and Anima materials. She's also working to complete Amal'jaa tribe quests, and slowly working up Ixal as well. Waiting for leve allowances to cap before taking the next crafting job (Alchemist) to 60.

You can't break the chain! Ed in Georgia broke the chain and Yoshi P came to his house and punched him in the nose. That probably cost us a raid boss.

After seven days, I am at 16/80 relic items. Liking my pace! Would love to get a couple more today.

I can't believe my FC leader is such a casual.

I kid, I kid! We're all taking it at our own pace.

I finally finished my Zeta for WHM and promptly turned it in to skip the first Anima stage. I'll be picking away at those dungeons soon.

For my PLD Anima, I am in the 40s/80. My pace is probably going to slow down as I'm not sure I'll be doing the 50 roulette regularly (I was doing it for lights).

I am picking away at crafting classes. Got my ARM to 53 last night. I have a vague idea of trying to keep them all roughly at the same level so I can keep the amount of gear to a minimum. We'll see whether that really works out or not.

Didn't make as much progress as I'd hoped for yesterday -- ended up being a bit busier than planned, which was nice -- but I'm still happy with my pace. I started this relic grind about a month behind everyone else, and with a little luck I'll end up finishing this relic stage shortly after the next update is launched, which means I won't be too far behind.

Although this relic stage is long, I do like that it can be mostly done by just doing the different roulettes. I snagged Heavensward for PS4 on Amazon for $18, so now I can relax on the floor and stretch while running dungeons. It beats sitting in a chair for long periods of time!

The weekend mostly belongs to Waenlona, but Verdha got some great work in too:

Done, and massive questing -- not just MSQ into Idyllshire, but every single quest that had opened up in Western Coerthas, Sea of Clouds, Dravinian Forelands, and Churning Mists. Also Chocobo Rank 14. All three mains well geared from dungeon drops, so selling the quest gear and starting to make gil (which she'll probably just blow on bookshelves). Stuffed chocobo, yay!

WHM to 58, SCH at 57 close to 58, Chocobo starting to turn blue, and challenge log exp on Alchemist including massive desynth skill gains. Amal'jaa progressing nicely, and Ixal moving on as planned.

I've been doing that. I took LTW to 60 first, then with all the others at 50+ pre-Heavensward, I'm taking them one at a time the last levels using selected levequest grinding. They were geared adequately but not well at 50 with a common set; they keep that to 55, and then I have another set of shared gear that kicks in at 55 when the grinding needs much better stats.

My 60s live with the 55 gear set enhanced with 60-but-cheapish Market Board weapons. But then I'm not trying to synth anything fancy, just levelling them. Once they're all at 60 I'm planning to gear them all up at once. In the meantime, I can make my own food finally, provided I don't mind NQ. Marron Glace for BLM is stupid cheap.

It helps if you queue up the right dungeon! Going to have to redo Satasha HM because I did it before Snowcloak. At least I got poetics.

51/80 as of last night. It looks high, but since I did the beasttribe quests earlier, 24 of them came from those. Still haven't touched Alexander (but I think I will eventually for the warlion/warbear).

It's really depending on what I can actually make for the GC duties. Some of them are a pain, and some of them are much easier.

I just hit 20/80 last night. I've been humming along, but my pace is going to slow down over the next few days as I just got three nights' worth of freelance assignments, and I have plans for Saturday night. Still, though, I'm happy with my progress. I thought it would be more brutal than this, but it's easy to make progress just by doing roulettes.

Weekend before last, my wife and I tried Into the Aery. We watched a video for the run, but we still needed a few tries before we got the mechanics down. Still we couldn't clear it. Since we're both magic DD (I'm blm, she smn), I thought that could be part of the problem. I know we're not the most experienced players, but we're not bad, either. Last weekend we lined up separately. I went first and it was no problem. My wife went next and she got through just as easily. Both times, DF seemed to place us with a physical DD. IDK, just glad we're through it.

Nah, that's not the problem. BLM+SMN rips through most 4-man content.

You likely had a derp tank or healer or both.

1. Didn't touch the MCN quests.
2. I got the ninja head from void ark, I think.
3. Bought the drg gloves and upgraded. I think ilvl 204 now, and drg is officially higher lvl than war.
4. I got a few more crystals. Two areas complete, having a lot of trouble getting something to drop in forelands. On an upnote, black mage is about 300k from level 60.
5. Didn't do it. Got other things to do, and with the crystals for dragoon so close to being completed, I don't want to get stuck queueing with bard on Sohm Al for 90 minutes.
6. Think I'm at 23/80, probably could go 25/80 if I cashed in my law and poetics. Yes ill I'm super casual now lol. Just keeping up, since I'm bored with the same old formula over and over, but hanging on so hopefully they will release something fun soon. My hardcore content friends transferred to Gilgamesh, and I don't care to get to know a bunch of new randoms anymore. Plus the family restructured the household so I no longer have my pseudo man cave, and catching the last two hours of the day, buying time from my sleep, burning my big hands on a Vita tends to cause me to fall asleep leaving my chocobo hovering miles in the air with me on it for 8 hours until I log.

An extremely bad cold floored me for this week past the weekend. It's a good thing my post-weekend update had so much done. Smiley: smile
