I'm tempted to glamor my level 50 pld AF. :)

Verdha's collecting Eso for MNK, slowly building up anima mats, and Ixal quests, She might get around to levelling the healer jobs again, and will definitely put some time into Alchemist for the next crafting 60. And she needs to restock MB inventory and cook a lot of food. 40m, Valk? Verdha's just topped 2m, and that's almost the most she's ever had!

Waenlona has finished levelling (except crafting/gathering), so her task is to finish off the MSQ this week. That of course is beside all the usual chocobo levelling (won't break a new rank this week), and catching up on some of the low level crafting.jobs, and is moderately close to capping off the Kobold tribe quests. And probably buy some bookshelves, which I say every week but never quite get around to doing.

Not nearly done on this because of RL stuff getting in the way, spent almost no time online after the weekend. Still, Verdha's hammering Ixal quests and trying to keep Eso capped (might fail this time), and Waen has started on the path to Anima to boost iLvl (on BLM, since it was the highest iLvl already from drops).

Lots to try to do this weekend, although once again it's way busy outside the game so I don't know how much I can get done by reset.

Another sub-goal...

I'm not really liking the current ESO set for paladin. I'd love to find a good glamor set that's a bit more fitting for the Warrior of Light.

Paladin's got one of the best looking esoteric sets, imo

A bit underwhelmed with the Dark Knight set. It's not bad but there so many dungeon sets that resemble it so it doesn't feel very special.

It's essentially a reskin of the tank Demon gear from World of Darkness. I know they tried to get it to somewhat resemble older style Dark Knight design, but honestly..I still like XI's DRK AF gear (all 3 sets.)

Same. Surprised they didn't go for a more Cecil type look tbh

I would be more willing to look into something like this if they made it so that the "augmented" AF was armoire-able. Last I heard, it wasn't, and I've not heard that that's changed.

I think I finished the weekend at 52/80. I only had time to play Saturday, otherwise I would have made more progress. But I'm still rolling right along, and people in my FC are doing the crafting. At this rate, I should have my relic up to date by 3.2, and for the next cycle I won't be starting more than a month late.

1.) Go to a game-bar and play Descent till sunrise with my Japanese friends, with a possible detour to a hostess club around 2 am (yay for perfect alibis!).

2.) Have lunch with a visiting acquaintance from Switzerland tomorrow, then play Tomb Raider while my children cheer.

3.) Go to an artificial snow ramp with my family and a Korean friend on Sunday.

Going to keep moving the needle on my relic; at 60/80 now. Would love to finish the weekend close to 65.

Otherwise, hoping to take advantage of Sunday's good weather and nationwide diversion to get in a bit of skiing. I grew up skiing, but after college I only skied once during a 14-year period while I was living out of state. Now I'm back in Oregon, and getting re-acquainted with my mountain. If I ski this Sunday, it will be my fourth time in three weeks!

Best of all, I'm just an hour's drive from the mountain, and I finally have my own set of gear. Life is good.

Also, Fyn, I haven't forgotten about FFXI. I just want to get caught up on my relic before resuming the grind in XI.

Fair enough. I'm not even bothering with this relic :/ Steps are too ridiculous compared to the initial steps of the first relic.

Adding to my successful weekend...

There was a Primal server maintenance today, so our world was reset and reopened around 9:30 a.m. PST. I got in a hunting party and quickly killed nearly every ARR "A" rank. Then, a few hours later, did it all again! Largely as a result of that, I'm now sitting at 70/80, and I should have my relic wrapped up by next weekend.

Resubbed for a month. Figured I'd scrape off the rust before the next patch hits.

Ran Void Ark! It was fun. Felt like a proper dungeon crawl. Was also cool to see FF8 Diablos return.

Diabolos was already featured before in the Lost City of Amdapor dungeon, where he was actually the last boss.

That encounter was more interesting than anything he did in the Sky Pirate / Void Ark saga so far.
