Or offer a download for any that "pre-Ordered" this version or any version for that fact. I did not "pre-order" the CE version just the DVD version, however, I still have no copy and mine would have no "TIN" in it.

Ordered it on the 7th, didn't receive it yet. It says "in process" ( so not shipped ). I ordered it at bestbuy.
I could live with "shipped" but "in process" tells me "well you're out of luck, maybe friday".
I'm not upset but I'm bored, I expected to play it today or tomorrow.

This is the biggest bunch of **** I have ever seen. I "pre-order" 2 copies and like Mykanna said all of the fricking stores around me have the damn game on the shelves and I still don't have a frickin e-mail saying we are shipping from SOE store. That is the last time I ever support the developer in that way. WHAT A BUCH OF ****!

Well I guess I will wait for the CE to be shiped on the 12th, per SOE web site. But at this moment, I do not have much faith in them.
Personally, I think the TIN excuse is a lot of bull. My wife works for a company that imports and exports items, and they have to have EVERYTHING documented and cleared with customs BEFORE trying to get it accross the borders.
Maybe SOE should have packed the TIN with drugs. Then they would have gotten it accross the border much easier.
