are frogloks still locked?

i was looking through the main website and saw that pictures of frogloks have been released since my last visit. i planned on playing one, so i was curious if they are still unplayable upon release and have to be unlocked.

There is a server-wide quest to unlock them, and as folks have only been playing for two days on live, I doubt this was unlocked so early.

If they really wanted a good solid server-wide quest for it, it will likely be a bit and need mid-level or higher quests to complete.

There have been many references in game to the Froglocks fleeing to Guk. I don't know what level the dungeon of Guk is, but yeah, I'm guessing mid level (25 or so) people will start exploring out there.
