Different controlsFollow

I know a few people may balk at what I am going to say but I have to ask anyway.

I bought this game to take a break from Final Fantasy XI which I still enjoy, I have been playing for a year now, and I love everything about it. I have just been having problems with the game as of recently and I don't want those problems to get me to stop playing so I am taking a break from it.

Anyway my question is, the game seems alright....but I really don't like the controls, I would rather be able to be able to move my character with the mouse like in Final fantasy XI rather than using a,s,d,w or the arrow keys. Can anyone tell me if it's possible to get a control set that is as close to FFXI's as possible? I played EQOA a while back, probably more than a year and a half ago and I loved it until I got Ultima Online, so is it possible to play with a controller like the PS2 controller if I have a PS2/USB adapter?

Thanks for reading and any help you can give me, I really want to like the game and I hate to have it ruined for me because of the controls alone. Thanks again =)

hold down the right mouse button and as you move the mouse, your char will turn. While keeping right button down, also click the left button to add forward movement.

After Playing EQ for so long I noticed some basic controls were different so I definitly went in and changed those. Go to your options and then Movement options. From there you can assign shortcut keys. I changed 'S' to sit/stand instead of walk backwards and 'D' to crouch instead of 'C'.
