I know the instruction manual does, but I haven't seen a site that has them up yet.

As a gnome I got to use the ultra-vision last night.

To give you an idea of what it is like, take the regular image, switch it to high contrast grey tones, and then instead of black and white, use shades of purple.

it makes for a rather surreal view, but has the advantages of making edges and such (like the begining or end of terain features) stand out greatly.

The down side is that creatures and finer detail tend to blend in to the background a bit. The saving grace of this is when a creature moves. When in motion they really do stand out quite nicely (although, I doubt as well as a race with motion sense).

I used it a lot.

I have a Halfling with Infravision. The easy way to turn it on is to add an icon to your hotbar. You can drag one from your "knowledge" page.

Warm Blooded creatures are incredibly easy to spot with Infravision turned on. Cold Blooded creatures are actually pretty hard to see compared to regular vision, though in the dark infravision would of course be better than just straight night vision. No-Blooded creatures (like undead) are of course completely invisible with infravision turned on. Even on the newbie island their are examples of all these things so you can wander around and see the difference it makes.

As I stated in the other vison thread (:p), sonicvision casts the world in yellow, regardless of anything else, and is good vision. I prefer normal vision in the day, and sonicvision at night.
