Servers down?Follow
Just tried to log in and it said my user name or password was incorrect (3 times)...are they down or do I have a problem?
just double check ur stuff in forgot my password section, you never know
I was just on and when I logged in it said all servers up except Mistmoore.
Mistmoore has been going up and down like all night. :(
They all have been goin up and down. Its a realease, what can you say?

now I can login but when I click "PLAY" it says I'm not registered in EQ2, but the billing info shows EQ2 there.

We can't even get past authentication here... Almost looks like a network outage.
GMGrog: It's been 45 minutes. I asked my boss "Are we talking hours or minutes?" and he said "I don't even know yet." I'm sorry I don't have an ETA.\

I can't get past Authentication either. Says network error, server is not responding...guess I'll wait some more....
I get to Auth. n it says something about network probs n it closes. Damn n i just made citizenship to. :(

If, after you login and patch and you click play, it says something about "Your name or password are invalid" That means the servers are down.
Learned this the hard way from Beta.
It wont even let you get to the patcher if you dont have a real station name.

That's 15 of 17 servers down. "All servers are up except", these guys have positive spin down to a science.
When it crashed out last night, I tried to log back in and got the screen where your characters are standing, and I didn't have any anymore. Apparently they are pulling the character list from the servers and if the server is down it doesn't show your character. Of course, I'm hoping that's the case...
edit: and why is it that still we have to go to a SOE website to find out they are doing a scheduled downtime for 4 hours? Is it THAT hard to put that information on the patcher message?
