ANyone else not able to long on to the sony forum... I am dying to see what they are screaming about there... 50,000 angry customes... MAN.... Talk about bad PR!
I'd hide too if I pissed off millions of people by kicking them out in mid game
SOE didn't kick anyone out, the servers reset themselves.
yup, trying to get into tech support forums so i can get a lending hand there to help install my copy. oh the evil i shall inflict upon them if this game will not install, or worse yet were it to suck once i do install it, oh how i will make them pay!!

I work as a Computer Operator.
The short of it is like this, our company has large computer systems that do data processing 24/7. Occasionally these machines need service. That is always done Sunday mornings at midnight on my shift.
I have been doing this for a number of years.
If I know nothing else I know this. When the downtime is happening and the HP administrator turns to the HP tech and says, 'Wow this is going well. I thought for sure we would be here for 7 hours. We will have this done in 2. Good work.'. All Hell breaks loose. Nothing good EVER comes after those words. I have yelled at everyone that works with me for saying that. It is a curse and it is real.
Case in point, I wish to point out to you that Sony was congratulating themselves on a smooth MMORPG launch on the EQ2 launchpad.
I saw that and I knew it was trouble.

EQ1 is down too, guess someone tripped over the main plug
My problem? I have it on another post called Installation Error Occured. But to sum it up, Disc 2 = the sux0rz. Read that post to see.

i wonder how many years they will take to fix this game ?
seems they still are having trouble with normal eq. i think they should've paid attention to one problem at a time.
