Is there an easy way to scroll through group members if you are healing?

Cant you make hotkeys? like: /target <name member one> etc. etc.

Yeah I guess, I am just looking for an easy way to use the "Cure Arcane" spell.

Yes there is a really fast way to target other group members.
F1 = You
F2-F6 = other group members.
This used to work in EQ so it may work in EQ2. If you want to heal a group members pet hit their F# twice it should cycle from the player to their pet. This comes in handy when you're duoing harder mobs.
