I have seen tons of info on how to claim the boots but noone has ever posted their actual stats. I hope to finally see mine tomorrow (if Amazon is really shipping my Collectors Edition today).
I am still amazed that Sony sent the Collector Editions to everyone in the country EXCEPT the people who ordered directly from them. At least they let us cancel those orders.

I got screwed by EBgames. Did a preorder for in store pickup. The site says to ask the store for preorder kit. I called a few days after i ordered and they had no idea what I was talking about.
I've called a few times since then and either get you have to get it from online even though I told them site says instore pickup must be got from the store. I've also got I don't know anything about a preorder package or we don't get those here to anything and everything.
I sent an email to them but I prob won't ever get my boots or the videos and other stuff that is in the package. They don't even ever call me when i preorder stuff.

Neban, I found my disc at a local Target store (Seattle area), and they had a stack of ten or so just sitting there.
They had no idea what they were for (they were NOT using them for pre-order), and were selling them for $0.99 each.
Try Target etc., and if that doesn't work, let me know here. Maybe I can go back and get one for you and just e-mail you the code.

Same thing happened to me. I preordered from EB and they were out of preorder discs.
Would you pick one up for me? I'll even send you a dollar. =)

Yes. PLEASE limit this thread to the stats on the boots. There are plenty of other threads for bashing the order process and saying which stores screwed us out of early copies of the game. I KNOW. I have posted plenty on them myself. ACK!
Lewskinslayer, I would be happy to do that. I don't know how many they have left, but as they are cheap, I will be happy to help out whoever I can.
I will go pick up the stack today if it is still there. I will post with more information when I can.
And maybe we should take this to PM's, lol sorry guys.
PS: As far as the stats go, they have no statistics listed. I can guess the run boost is no more than 5-10%, A minor edge if you run when you should. Most things can still catch you though given some time close distance.

If I had to estimate, I would say +10% runspeed.
Does not stack with other runspeed spells or abilities.
I accidentally claimed them on my druid. So when I get SoW they get stashed in my bank.

They suck. IIRC 6ac at level 10. Very Light armor. When you wear them a buff icon "Journeyman Boots" pops up in your buff window.
I've found so far that the speed is only a little bit better than normal (my guess is 5%) and I'm best off just leaving a bag open so I can double click switch them with boots I actually wanna wear for combat.
