In game i did a /claim and got a painting and "Of Rodcet Nife" is that the same as doing the heritage quest that the NPC tell you about or is that differnt?
I believe that is just furniture for you room once you get to your home city.
I have a painting, a book and some other thing waiting for me to get a hovel.
