High elf mentor

I have a high elf necromancer and I didn't see a high elf mentor in freeport so does that mean I can't do my race quests since I'm an evil high elf?

Correct: High Elves are by nature "good" and cannot start in evil cities: therefore there's no evil mentor for them. They're kinda snobby too :)

Well I have a high elf necro and I don't want to betray just to be able to do the racial quests. Sony should've thought about that before making it an option :(

Well one might way that's the price you pay for betraying the base alignment of your race. There's no troll racials in Qeynos, either :)

If you are really sneaky...or just want to kill any Qeynosian guards who get in your way, then you are not blocked in anyway at all from doing the High Elf quest in Qeynos. It does seem cruel, but makes sense...you would have started as a High Elf Conjuror, then had to betray...

The same topic came up for a while during the Freeport revamp, but people quickly adjusted their routes for sneaking around the city, and finished their racial rings.

Yeah the highest level guard I saw was 50 epic so as soon as the guards are grey I'll be good to go to do it. There's really no sneaking around anymore there are literally guards at every single door and arch you go through its a problem to even get to the nerves in qeynos as well. I had to buy a house on my good character inside the fish alehouse inn just to be able to get nerves now. Seems like there are way more guards in qeynos than freeport its still easy to sneak around in freeport.
