Character disappered?Follow

I used to play a year & a 1/2 ago & I had to stop & I'm wanting to pick back up were I left off, my account was still there but when I logged in to the character select my character was gone & replaced with the same thing but a lvl 1. My character before, I had bought quite a bit from the SC shopping center & is the reason I'm ill with this... I tried email SOE, site doesn't want to work & I've tried calling & the guy was very rude to me & talked to me like I was 5 yrs old.. All I want is my character back... Please, any suggestions?

The likely situation is someone breached his account stole anything they could from his toon, deleted it and then created a new toon with the same name to further hurt him if/when he came back.

Yeah I'm certain. I have used the same email for years and only have the one. When I used to play my toons named was Arlina ( I'm a chick not a dude =P ) & when I logged in this time it was renamed Arlinaz.... Assuming theres nothing can do bout a hacked account other than change my password? =(
